[:en] [wonderplugin_slider id=27] Since its inauguration in 2012, Heliopolis University launched its Internship Program as a gateway for its students to real life engagement and commitment in partnership with national and international institutions. In 2017, Karim Elwakkad, a Business student at Heliopolis University spent a two-month internship in a company called “Guntrams 11 KG” in Winerneustadt, Austria. Guntrams 11 KG is specialized in food products. Karim joined Guntrams 11 KG at the start of a new project. His assigned tasks focused on calculating the cost of production and profits as well. “I worked in the production line as well and I was not on my desk the whole day. I was part of a team with two other Austrians. My training depended mainly on experiencing the whole process and practicing. I had a great time as I got to know new people and deal with different cultures. I also went on a short trip around Europe and visited some fantastic cities as Paris, Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Graz, and Stuttgart,” says Karim. [:ar] [wonderplugin_slider id=27] منذ افتتاحها في عام ٢٠١٢ أطلقت جامعة هليوبوليس للتنمية المستدامة برنامج التدريب الخاص بها كبوابة لطلابها للمشاركة في الحياة العملية والتزاماتها وذلك بالشراكة مع المؤسسات التعليمية المحلية والدولية. ففي عام ٢٠١٧ أمضى كريم الوقاد الطالب بكلية إدارة الأعمال والاقتصاد فترة تدريب لمدة شهرين في شركة تدعى “Guntrams 11 KG” في وينر نويشتاد بالنمسا ، وهي شركة متخصصة في المنتجات الغذائية. انضم كريم إلى الشركة مع بداية مشروع جديد. وتركزت مهامه حول حساب تكلفة الإنتاج والأرباح أيضا. يقول كريم “عملت في خط الإنتاج أيضا، وكنت دائم التحرك فلم أكن على مكتبي طوال اليوم. كنت جزءاً من فريق مع متدربين آخرين من النمسا. كان تدريبي يعتمد بشكل رئيسي علي التجربة والممارسة. لقد امضيت وقتاً رائعاً كما تعرفت علي أشخاص جدد وتعاملت مع ثقافات مختلفة. ذهبت أيضاً في رحلة قصيرة في جميع أنحاء أوروبا، وقمت بزيارة بعض المدن الرائعة مثل باريس وفيينا وميونيخ وفرانكفورت وغراتس وشتوتغارت.” [:]
