Tuition Fees Collection & Payment System
Tuition fees shall be collected in two instalments with registration open until its end:
- The first payment is done immediately after admission for new students.
- Students already enrolled in the university can pay before starting the first semester, registration is open after paying the full expenses.
- The second payment is done before the beginning of the second semester, and registration is open after paying the full expenses.
Registration system
- The student pays the fees – whether for the current semester or the entire academic year at the bank or online using the student’s name and university number.
- The amount will be credited to the student’s account either through the Interbank service or by sending a copy of the payment receipt to [email protected] via email.
- In the event that tuition fees are paid at the university, a collection fee of 2% will be charged based on the payment amount.
Payment after the due date
- The dates and deadlines for tuition payment will be announced in due course.
- If the deadline is surpassed and the registration period is exceeded, registration will only be possible with the dean of the faculty’s approval, accompanied by an academic penalty of 1,000 pounds.
Addition & omission
- If extra credit hours are included post final registration approval, the university treasury will retain the funds until full payment is received.
- If an item is excluded from the additional hours, its value will be added to the student’s account as credit and cannot be refunded in cash.
Refund Policy
The following is the tuition refund policy for new students wishing to withdraw from Heliopolis University:
- Application Fees are non-refundable
- 90% refund ( of the semester tuition fees ) if requested before the beginning of the semester.
- 50% refund if requested within the first month of the first semester..
- No refund requests will be accepted after one month from the beginning of the semester
Refund of tuition fees policy for current students wishing to withdraw from Heliopolis University or suspend enrollment for reasons approved by the university:
- If a student wishes to withdraw from the university after paying tuition fees, there is no provision for a refund of the fees, regardless of whether the student attended classes or not.
- Issuing student card and opening student’s email account.
- Students receive their university cards and their email accounts are created at the beginning of the semester.
Financial Aid at Heliopolis University
To support excellent students in reaching their educational aspirations, Heliopolis University offers financial aid to those experiencing financial constraints.
Assistance is granted on an individual basis, and applicants must present evidence of their eligibility for aid.
